Description

Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge is a no-bake white chocolate treat with festive sprinkles, perfect for sharing with friends and family. Made with sugar cookie mix and sweetened condensed milk, this easy fudge is a creamy, colorful holiday favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (Betty Crocker recommended)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

1. In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

2. Heat on medium and stir continuously until melted and smooth.

3. Continue stirring for 2–3 more minutes to ensure everything is fully combined.

4. Remove from heat (but keep over the double boiler) and stir in vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles.

5. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

6. Transfer the fudge mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out evenly.

7. Press remaining sprinkles on top and chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.

8. Once hardened, lift the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into pieces.

9. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.

10. Transfer melted almond bark to a zippered bag, snip the corner, and drizzle over fudge. Alternatively, use a fork.

11. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Switch up sprinkle colors for different holidays or events.

Add a pinch of salt for balance if the fudge is too sweet.

Use flavored extracts like almond or peppermint for variation.
