A cool, no-bake layered dessert celebrating summer and patriotism in every spoonful. Combining a buttery graham cracker crust with creamy layers of cream cheese, whipped cream, and vibrant berry pie fillings, this dessert is perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
12 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
4 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp granulated sugar
1 can strawberry pie filling (21 oz)
1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz) or mixed berry alternative
Instructions
Melt the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs until the mixture forms damp clumps. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and spread over the crust.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with a layer of strawberry pie filling, followed by a layer of blueberry pie filling.
Chill for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy as a layered treat, parfait style, or with a scoop as dessert.
Notes
Use homemade or no-sugar-added pie fillings for a healthier option.
Chill overnight for best results.
