Description

A no-bake patriotic layered dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy cream cheese, and colorful red, white, and blue berry fillings. This refreshing treat celebrates summer fruits with a simple yet elegant layering technique perfect for holidays or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 jar (12 oz) strawberry pie filling
1 jar (12 oz) blueberry pie filling
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar for whipped cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract for whipped cream
2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep a 9×13 inch rectangular baking dish. Line with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with softened butter until crumbly and moist.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the prepared dish, using a rolling pin to create an even layer of crust.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust layer.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.
In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Chill again for at least 1 hour or until firm.
Carefully spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the whipped cream layer in one side of the dish.
Spread the blueberry pie filling on the opposite side, leaving a white whipped cream strip in the center to form a red-white-blue pattern.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh mixed berries just before serving.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy whipping cream
Chill each layer completely before adding the next to maintain distinct color patterns
Can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator
Substitute canned fruit preserves for a more natural option if desired
Use any colorful fruits (like raspberries) for creative variations
