Description

No Bake Strawberry Delight is a layered dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet strawberry jello topping. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or any time you want a refreshing, easy treat without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale

**For the Crust**

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

**For the Cheesecake Layer**

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub cool whip

**For the Strawberry Layer**

  • 2 cups strawberries, diced
  • 1 (3 ounce) packet strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9″x13″ pan to form the crust. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the cool whip until combined.

3. Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the graham cracker crust, making sure it reaches the edges to seal.

4. Sprinkle diced strawberries over the cheesecake layer and press them in slightly.

5. In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry jello packet, boiling water, and lemon juice. Stir until jello is fully dissolved.

6. Add ice to the jello mixture and stir until the ice melts and the liquid cools slightly.

7. Carefully spoon the jello mixture over the strawberries, distributing it evenly.

8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

9. Slice and serve chilled with whipped cream on top, if desired.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert overnight so the layers fully set.

Use fresh strawberries for a firmer texture, or thawed frozen ones for a juicier result.

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the cheesecake layer.

You can substitute homemade whipped cream for cool whip if preferred.
