A vibrant, festive, and easy no-bake holiday dessert featuring an Oreo crust, creamy green cheesecake filling, and heart sprinkles.
Ingredients
The Crust
- 24 Oreo cookies, whole
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
The Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.25 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- green gel food coloring, as needed
Toppings
- whipped cream, for garnish
- red heart sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
2. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with melted butter.
3. Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
4. Whip cold heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
5. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and green food coloring.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until combined and uniform in color.
7. Spread filling over the crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. Slice into bars and top with whipped cream and a red heart sprinkle before serving.
Notes
Use gel food coloring to prevent the batter from becoming too watery.
Ensure cream cheese is fully at room temperature to avoid lumps.
