Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Slice after resting.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic before adding heavy cream; stir until thickened.
4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain.
5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and the creamy mixture; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
6. Assemble by placing ramen noodles in bowls; pour broth over them, top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
For extra heat, drizzle chili oil over the final dish.
Let the chicken rest after cooking to retain juices and ensure tender slices.
Use low-sodium chicken broth if you prefer a less salty soup base.
