These goat cheese and honey bites are the perfect high-end finger food for parties, gifts, or savory snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 log (4 oz / 113g) goat cheese (chevre)
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or thyme)
- 12 mini phyllo shells or toasted baguette slices
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts, lightly toasted
- Optional: Cracked black pepper, sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. If using baguette slices, toast them at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp. Phyllo shells require no toasting.
2. In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, and chopped rosemary. Stir until smooth.
3. Spoon a generous dollop of the goat cheese mixture into each shell or onto each baguette slice.
4. Top each with toasted nuts, a drizzle of honey, and a crack of black pepper or a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
5. Serve at room temperature shortly after assembling.

Soften goat cheese before mixing for easier blending.
