Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup salsa
8 oz uncooked pasta (penne or elbow)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
Place beef and taco seasoning in the slow cooker.
Add crushed tomatoes and salsa; stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
6-8 hours before serving, add uncooked pasta.
Mix, then stir in cheddar cheese until melty and pasta is tender.
