  • 1/3 cup croutons (or toasted breadcrumbs, if preferred)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, including their brine
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for dressing)

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through (165°F/74°C). Rest for 5-10 minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water to prevent clumping. Place in a large serving bowl.

3. Prepare the Caesar dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers with brine, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy.
