- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the special sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp relish (dill or sweet)
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
For the bowls:
- Shredded lettuce
- French fries or sweet potato fries
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tomatoes
- Pickles
- Red onion slices

Instructions
1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and seasonings. Cook until the meat is browned and crumbled, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, relish, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to make the special sauce.
3. To assemble the burger bowls, start with a base of shredded lettuce. Add the cooked ground beef and your desired toppings like cheese, tomatoes, pickles, onions, avocado, and fries.
4. Drizzle generously with the special sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Store ingredients separately to maintain freshness and texture. Use airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Reheat the beef gently in a skillet or microwave with a splash of water if needed.
Assemble the bowls just before serving to keep everything crisp, especially fries and avocado.
