Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/3 cup raspberry jam
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
- Crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruits for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and score the top rind if desired.
3. Top with raspberry jam, chopped nuts, and optional rosemary.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
