Description

This Baked Brie with Raspberry Jam is a delightful appetizer that combines gourmet flair with simple preparation. Perfect for holidays, dinner parties, or indulgent snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruits for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and score the top rind if desired.

3. Top with raspberry jam, chopped nuts, and optional rosemary.

4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.

5. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruits.

Notes

Feel free to substitute raspberry jam with fig, apricot, or your favorite fruit preserves.

Scoring the top rind helps the toppings blend into the melted brie but is optional.

Best served immediately while warm and melty.
